What night does the league play on?
Thursdays from 8:00 – 10:45 PM
Where does the league play?
Bow Valley Christian Church (5300-53 Ave. NW Calgary). South Entrance, turn left immediately. Park in the parking lot and head down the hill to the gym.

Take 53 St. exit ramp (keep right on ramp)
Turn right onto 53 St.
Turn left at 3 way stop
Turn left at 53 Ave. NW (street after Crowchild Inn & Enmax Building)
Take second entrance left into Church parking lot

Walk down the hill to the gym doors.

How often does each team play?
Teams will play 2 games per week during the regular season for 10 weeks. Each Thursday night will be split up into three time periods (8-8:45; 8:45-9:30; 9:30-10:15).
How much does it cost to play in the league?
It is $60 for the season.
It is $6 per night as a drop-in.

What age group can play in the league?
Men aged 18-45 are allowed in the league. Exceptions may be made, contact us if you have any questions regarding this. This is a men’s only league.
What sort of equipment does the league allow/require?
Players – Use of wooden hockey sticks is allowed as long as they are in fairly good standing.
Running shoes, shorts and a t-shirt are required for runners.
Each team will wear one specified color of shirts (these will be figured out after the pre-season is over and teams are chosen. It is your duty to find a cheap t-shirt of your teams color)
Goalies – We will provide sets of goalie equipment for any one needs it (we have 4 sets)
Goalie equipment will be restricted to street/roller hockey gear. See the section entitled ‘Goalie Equipment’ in our Rules Section
Do I need to register with a team or can I register as an individual?
After two weeks of pre-season play, teams will be drafted by team captains. You are only allowed to register as an individual. However, if you wish to play with one of your friends… mark it on your registration form. (We cannot guarantee you will be put together, but it might work out that a captain sees your desire to play together and chooses you as a package, such as the Sedins)
